Very soon, we will be summing up 2009 and embracing 2010.

2009 has been great, been to work, been to uni, met new friends and kept in touch with old precious ones. There were times when things were hard and tough, and going on seemed so impossible but I overcame the impossible and moved on, and it wouldn't be possible without the help and support of my loved ones.

Thanks everyone for being the best part of 2009.

IT'S A GIRL'S THING

Once upon a 2 days ago, 4/9 of the girls met up, FINALLY!!!! The other 5 people better appear soon hor! (:

So the original plan was to meet at 12.30pm but some people suddenly have the chong dong to PLUCK THEIR EYEBROWS!! So the poor me with no eyebrows to pluck was stranded at home until they are done. Ate at Popeye with the 3 girls with freshly-plucked eyebrows, did lots of catching up and began our countless secondary-school-take-photo-from-mirror-and-think-we-are-damn-cool shots. This explains why we only reached town at 4pm!

I bet we look damn pretty here hahahah

Conclusion: Gypsy was the most conservative among us cause she had the longest bottom

& we finally decided to leave the mirror alone and head to town.

Went to 313 Somerset for the Uniqlo's opening sale, quite exciting cause the sale is really a sale, not those irritating ones that's only applicable to the 2nd item/filled with terms and conditions. But I didn't manage to find anything I like in the end ):

Then we saw this damn poor Santa who has 2/3 of his face hidden behind some artificial cottony beard.

Then we walked down the streets towards Orchard and got free apples from Starhub! Not bad, quite sweet, hahaha.

Upon Eric's grand arrival, we headed towards Far east but everyone was too tired to shop after a damn high afternoon. Then the couple left and and just when we were feeling restless, something caught our attention.....

I'm not obsessed with losing weight but I'm quite horrified + terrified by the rate I eat. and all the calories I lost was not even 1/5 of the immediate input after my gymming session hahaha. I am hopeless mansxz.

When Shan returns to Happyland

So once upon a Friday after exams, Shan went back to his happy Sri Lanka land and we very fei-ly went to send him off although he will only be back for 2 weeks!! Can't be blamed, too high from post-exam mood.

After countless waves, Shan was finally in the departure hall and on his way to his happyland. He was damn excited la while the rest of us went off to Dhoby Ghaut.

No movie timings nothing to do and no place to go. so we went made a very weird decision to go to the arcade. It's weird cause we are all non-arcady people :/ But shooting hoops is really quite fun leh. All of us got quite high from throwing balls haha

Then we wanted to race against one another but the technical problems caused me to race against Daniel only and Shouting to race against CK then Daniel was damn xiao zhang la cause he drives everyday.

We picniced in the LT all the time to keep ourselves awake with all the pig gummies, jellybeans, chocolates and what not but never been out together once! So I had the ever first outing with the geog girls once upon a Tuesday at Marina Barrage to celebrate Jean and Shir's belated birthday.

Give Everybody Some Love

GESL PREPARATION

Went to Marina Barrage AGAIN! total madness haha. to prepare for the Gesl on Friday. Went to make kites and supposedly to test the fly-ability of the kites but the weather wasn't cooperative. Too much adiabatic cooling forming the towering cumulonimbus clouds and thus resulting in thunderstorms.

Just kidding. haha

Made a crayfish monster kite that I surely think cannot fly hahah. Was quite of a wasted trip cause I reached late and left soon after cause of the nasty weather ):

Went to bugis to eat and i really eat damn lot. not that it's surprising but it's really quite alot. lack of self-control and discipline!

and friday and today was the execution of the actual GESL plan. Went to a childcare centre at commonwealth and gave some love. We gave some love on Friday but we were all bullied, but the kids are damn nice today! Not say all are really nice la but thy are at least 10 times more angellic than they were on Friday. Look how bad that is!
